Hello and welcome back to Kokomonster News. I'm Koko, bringing you cool news from all around our amazing world.
Nasa scientists have discovered a fast-moving object in space named CWISE J1249.
The object is almost 30,000 times larger than Earth and is moving at one million miles per hour.
This speed would allow you to reach the Moon in under 15 minutes!

The object is moving so quickly that experts believe it could exit the Milky Way galaxy.
The discovery was made by citizen scientists working on Nasa’s Backyard Worlds project.
This project relies on the public to help find new planets and planet-like objects by analyzing images provided by Nasa.
Martin Kabatnik, one of the discoverers, was shocked by the speed of the object.

Nasa used ground-based telescopes to verify that the object is indeed moving at one million miles per hour.
Astronomers are still unsure of the object's identity, but suspect it could be a 'brown dwarf' - a star-like object larger than a planet but not quite a star.
Experts believe the object, CWISE J1249, is quite old and likely originated from one of the earliest generations of stars in the Milky Way.
I'm Koko, saying goodbye and stay curious. Tune in next time for more fun news and cool words. See you then.
